El Comeback works hand in hand with companies in Puerto Rico looking for talent like you! If you are looking for a job opportunity, we encourage you to visit our website and submit your registration. By submitting your information, our team can match your skills and experience with the job description and requirements that best fit your profile. As soon as there is a match, we notify you via email which companies have received your information.

DO I HAVE TO BE A
PUERTO RICAN TO REGISTER?

No. You do not have to be a Puerto Rican. We are an inclusive community that welcomes everyone who desires to live and work in Puerto Rico and be an active citizen interested in making Puerto Rico a better place.

ARE THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES
IN DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES?

Yes. All you need to do is register for us to match your profile with a job opportunity.

FROM START TO FINISH, WHAT DOES THE PROCESS ENTAIL?

1. Register with your name, email address and phone number.
2. Upload your resume.
3. El Comeback will send you an email when we learn of a job opening that meets your skillset.

IS THE PROGRAM TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT?

We seek to connect people that want to live and work permanently in Puerto Rico.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS THE PERSON WILL RECEIVE GOING FORWARD BY REGISTERING IN EL COMEBACK?

Once you are registered in our database, we will match your profile with job openings that are related to your industry of choice and career track. Our team will notify you by email of the companies we have shared your profile with.

WHO IS CONPRMETIDOS?

ConPRmetidos is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization founded in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2012. Our 2020 Annual Report highlights some of the impact weʼve been able to achieve in collaboration with other local partners.

IS THERE ANY COST?

There is no cost to register. BUT we are a non-profit organization. If you want to contribute to this program and to the other initiatives ConPRmetidos has around the Island to help create a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico, you can donate at committedtopr.org :)) It would be much appreciated!

HOW DOES THE RELOCATION PROCESS WORK?

Each company has their own policies. However, to facilitate the transition, El Comeback team will be creating a FB Group in the near future.
