Launch your career in Puerto Rico
A summer program combining professional development Labs + optional internship experience
El Comeback Fellows
El Comeback Fellows is a summer program designed for undergraduate students to build workplace skills, explore career paths, and gain early professional experience in Puerto Rico.
The program combines weekly in-person Labs focused on communication, problem-solving, and career readiness with the option to participate in an internship, depending on availability and fit.
What Are Labs?
Labs are weekly, in-person sessions held on Fridays designed to help you build the skills you’ll actually use at work.
These sessions are designed to help college students:
- Strengthen communication and professional skills
- Work on real-world scenarios and challenges
- Learn practical tools (including AI, research, and collaboration)
- Connect what you’re learning to your internship or career goals
Labs are the core of the program and provide a structured space to grow alongside other college students.
Starting Date:
June 5, 2026
8:30am – 12:30pm
In person sessions @ Universidad Sagrado Corazón
Skills you’ll build through Labs
Labs are designed around five key areas to help you grow personally and professionally:
Learn how to explore career paths, set goals, and take ownership of your professional journey.
Understand how companies operate and how teams work together to drive results.
Build confidence using tools (including AI) and develop skills for a rapidly evolving workplace.
Strengthen communication, collaboration, and how you show up in professional environments.
Develop habits, mindset, and balance to perform at your best without burning out.
These are the skills that will help you succeed—not just in an internship, but in your long-term career.
Ways to Participate
