El Comeback (referred to herein as “us,” “we,” or “our”) is a program created by ConPRmetidos, Corp., a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, registered as a tax exempt organization under section 1101.01 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 2011, as amended, and as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
El Comeback is a digital platform that connects an individual who registers in our platform (referred to herein as the “Client”, “you” or “your”) with businesses in Puerto Rico across a wide range of industries such as technology, financial services, education, healthcare, and others (the “Business” or “Businesses”) with the intent of matching the Client’s professional experience with a job opportunity in one or more Businesses located in Puerto Rico.
When El Comeback receives or processes personal information on behalf of one Client to share it with the Businesses, the Client determines what information they submit and how we will use the information.
In addition to the information that we collect from you directly, we may also receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, business partners, or publicly available sources.
This Privacy Policy describes the type of information that we may collect for our own purposes, how we use, protect, and share that information, and the choices that you have.
In some circumstances, El Comeback may collect or process personal information on behalf of a Business or receive personal information from Businesses. In those situations, the privacy policy of each Business will also apply and will override this policy if there are conflicting provisions.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS USED
The following provides examples of the type of information that El Comeback may collect on its own behalf:
Demographic Information. We may collect personal information such as your age or location. The purpose for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to understand our users and provide tailored services.
Registration. We may collect your name and contact information when you register. We may also collect information relating your career or professional experience. The purpose for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to provide account related functionalities to our users.
Client/Individual Information. We may collect contact information such as name, e-mail, address and/or phone of our clients/individuals with whom we may interact. The purposes for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to make our website operate efficiently and to provide our business clients (companies) the information they need to match job opportunities they may have.
E-mail Interconnectivity. If you receive e-mail from us, we use certain tools to capture data related to when you open our message, click on any links or banners it contains. The purpose for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to understand how you interact with our communications to you.
Feedback/Support. If you provide us feedback or contact us for support, we may collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content that you send to us, to reply. The purpose for collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to receive and act upon your feedback or issues.
Mailing List. If you sign up for one of our mailing lists, we collect your e-mail address or postal address. The purpose of collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to share information about our products or services.
Partner Promotion. We collect information that you may choose to provide as part of a co-branded promotion with another company. The purpose of collection and use of this data is that we have a business need to fulfill our promotions.

Among other things, it helps us understand which of our services is the most popular.

We will share your information with companies in Puerto Rico across a wide range of industries, such as technology, financial services, education, healthcare, and others, that are looking for talented professionals to offer them professional development opportunities.
PROCESS TO REVIEW AND RECTIFY PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the event that a Client would like to update or rectify any information previously provided to us, the Client may send us an e-mail at: info@elcomebackpr.org . Changes or updates will be made within forty-eight (48) hours and the Client will receive a confirmation e-mail.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to the e-mail address provided upon registration.
